These complete stooges call the house every two hours starting at 7:30 a.m. and all day long!  Its ridiculous and something should be done about it!!!

Oh noes! The IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. I better call them immediately and give them all my personal information which they clearly don't have to stop this process! --said no one, ever. Scam call. Blocked and reported to IRS fraud call website. Suggest you do the same.

The IRS is going to sue you so please call and stop this action ...    Never give them any information!

CID= Out of area.  Synthesized voice saying "This is IRS" and the same old scam of filing a lawsuit.  Don't answer.  This is a spoofed number, it is not coming from Washington DC, but from overseas.

Called our house and left vm that IRS was suing us and we need to call back immediately.  Panic set in and I called them from the instant they answered it seemed bogus.  First the supposed IRS agent's accent was so thick and his english so bad I could barely understand him -this is not to say the IRS could use folks that are immigrants, but surely they wouldn't hire someone who could barely navigate the language especially for a position that included communicating with the public.  Then I also thought the IRS usually sends snail mail first for any notification -so I stayed on long enough to get the case number and gave him nothing but my name and address which he already had because he read it back to me then I hung up abruptly.  Another call came in immediately afterward from a private caller.  I went to IRS website and yes IRS always sends mail first and doesn't call you and threaten you like he did me with freezing my accounts, suspending my driver's license and jail time.  It is a total scam and I reported the number to the IRS.

Got a call from this number and they left a message for me to call back.

The identical robo call also comes from 910-372-1785 -- scam claiming IRS filing a lawsuit against you -- completely ridiculous, they don't even try to make sense

They call from 4125950077 and tell you to call in their recorded message tilling me to call 2024482916. This is the same people calling from that number saying I'm being sued by the irs but I know I've been getting these calls from them for over 2 yrs now. Pooh, I'm so scared. Stupid idiots. They need to be shut down.

Received two calls from them today and voicemails saying I need to call back immediately. I called off my work number and they are in India. The man said it was the IRS calling about the taxes. He kept asking me for my name, I am not about to give them my name! He kept saying I will be in trouble with the IRS if I do not comply. I said I wanted to know why they are calling, he said how could he give me that info if he doesn't know my name. These people are professional phishers. Do not give them any information. He hung up, I called back to ask for a supervisor and the man said there is no supervisor available. I said I want to stop getting these calls and he hung up. I am so sick of this!

Called me at 5:27 am and then at 11:32 am today. Left a recorded message on my phone, "IRS has filed a lawsuit against you. Call us back at this number" Where do these scammers get our phone number in the first place? Stupid people!!

Yes.. This is a scam. Don't call answer or call them. They will take note that your phone number is live and pass it on to another scammer.
