Got two calls two hours apart during the day.  A message in a stern tone left a threatening message: “My name is Officer Brian John and hotline to my division is 2024590943. I repeat that 2024590943. Don't try to disregard this message and do return the call. Now if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye and have a great day.”
I called the number twice and answered by the same man with a South Asian accent.  He claimed to be from the IRS. I told him he is a crook and I am recording the call to present to law enforcement. He hang up.  I called again few hours later and answered by the same man. When I confronted him he started cursing and insulting.
A mediocre crook who easily loose his temper.

I received a call to my home number.  I returned the call from my google voice #. 1st: I got thru to the IRS without a voice-mail system, and on the first shot; 2. Clue it was a scam was the south Asian/ Indian accent; 3. HE was very rude and unprofessional; 4. Used an old last name. wouldnt the IRS know my new name since that is how i file my taxes.
He even had the never to tell me you can not talk to me like that I am an officer of the IRS.  I was not rude nor was i cursing at him.  I was just point blank to the point.  He was trying to bate me into giving him more information about me.  I told him have your supervisor call me; send me a letter.

Same as above.  Stop calling!  

I DON'T KNOW WHAT ARE WAITING TO  ARREST THIS MAN ,HE'S BEEN CALLING PEOPLE ALL OVER CLAIMING TO BE AN IRS AGENT ,EVEN IF YOU CALL BACK THEY ACT  TO BE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES.FOR SURE THIS IS ANOTHER WAY TO TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE

i was working from home today to receive the call from same number as above.. i did not talk or say anything.. but just hung up the call as just few days ago read in newspaper , an article from IRS warning public about the same.

Shared the same news to all my friends to be aware of.

Just got a call from this number.  Called himself Officer Ryan John.  I called BS and he kept threatening me.  Before he hung up he told me that the local Sheriff. was on his way and that in the next 20 minutes my passport and all accounts will be frozen.

Same thing happened to me. I hope someone can get him. So frustrating
