repeated calls to my home number . do not know caller.

Sales call.  Not sure what he were selling because I couldn't hear the guy over my extreme yelling.  I did hear at the end where he apologized for calling.  Yea.

Called on Saturday morning. Left no messsage.

This number calls my house up to 2 times a day.  I now look at the number and when I see the 202 area code I don't answer.  When I have answered the call they ask for my husband.  They are calling during work hours.  He is not during those hours.  They usually hang up when I ask what they want.  The last time I spoke with them I told them I was on the "No Call List" and if it was a sales call and if so not to bother calling back.  The women said "I don't have to tell you whether I am or not."  So... now I just don't answer the call hoping they will take our number off their list.

This number keeps calling, over and over, doesn't pay attention to no call list.

Called the number back, waited a few seconds after the intial message and was then invited to press 1 to have my number removed.  It said it was removed but could take "up to 30 days to process".  The 30 days processing time is stupid, but at least my number (hopefully) will be removed.

The company identified itself as "Donor Care, calling on behalf of the ACLJ" (American Center for Law and Justice).  The ACLJ is a quasi-Christian law firm, sort of the antithesis to the ACLU.

every time i answer calls from this number, there is no response

Got a couple calls from 202-459-9010, when I answer nobody's on the other line. Calls come in various times of the day. Looking up the number gave me leads for ACLJ (not ACLU) and Donor Care. I've donated to ACLJ in the past, but I'm broke and don't want solicitation calls waking up my (disabled) wife & (young) kids when they need to rest. The people I spoke at ACLJ said Donor Care is their fundraising outfit and our phone number could be removed immediately. You can call ACLJ at (800) 296-4529 to request removal.

They call 3 to 4 times daily looking for donations!  I want them to STOP!

Called 8-17-2009 @ 16:05 and 8-22-2009 @ 14:58, no message left (1st call) and no response when answered (2nd call).  Usually do not pick up calls unidentified or unknown, but really wanted to tell these folks to quit calling.

Called 8-27-2009 @ 20:03, answered call.  ACLJ instructed during call to remove number from database/list, "Sally" stated that she could do that immediately.  We'll see...

I'm not sure if they'd hung up or not but the line was very quiet when my answering machine picked up.  Eventually my machine disconnected.

We get multiple calls from this number. I have asked them to remove us to no avail. Irritating!

Keep calling and nevee leave  a message

Got a call today 4/9/10  Didnt answer, Knew it wasnt the White House but left no message.

This call stated to arrive after I signed up for the no call list. Hmmm.
