Another "private matter" call intended only for "Person X," obviously for debt collection. No details given by caller unless they can verify identity of the person they're calling. These debt collectors previously used a variety of out-of-state area codes. Now they're using my local area codes in the same effort to entrap, always addressing the recipient by first name. I returned stealth by offering to take a message for "Person X." Thank goodness for the Blacklist iPhone app (Cydia store/jaibroken iPhones only) so they can be blocked.
