Said it was the IRS, final notice, call them back in the same number. Scam I am sure.

i  got  a  call  25 min ago,  they  said they  was  from the IRS ,  this  is  my  last  call,  the  police will come arrest  me, i  hope  it is  a scam

just received this call and the auto voice stated I'm being sued. How wonderful! The IRS would never call....they would send you many letters first to respond to before they would ever call and they would state the name of the person they are looking to speak to and they do not leave auto voice mails.......this was ridiculous, can't believe what crooks have stooped to

Caller said that IRS was suing me. Total scam!

Freaks me out.  I just got a phone call saying that I owe the IRS money, and that they are trying to sue me. And that they are sending a sheriff in 45 minutes to come arrest me. This has to be a scam! I have paid all the taxes on time without fail.

If you feel you SSN has been compromised, in addition to putting a fraud alert at the 3 credit bureaus, you may want to notify the IRS.  Here is the link, fill out the proper form (probably 14039):

I received the same phone message on my machine, I knew it was a joke the IRS want call you they will send aletter.

I got the call from this number to. The person said they were going to sue me.

They are not going to do anything except try to scare you into paying a phantom debt. Ignore them and block the calls (if you have that capability).
