Robo-call. Purporting to be IRS advising I am being sued

Twice today I received this threating call. Any clues?

OMG I called them and I started talking to him then at the end he said f u XD

robo call scam. IRS never initiates contact via phone.

I just got a call twice saying this is my final warning..smh

Got a robo call at 6:07pm this evening saying I am being sued by the IRS. on call back, the guy on the phone, who had a heavy foreign accent who identified himself as officer John Cooper, badge #1725, told me that I am being sued by the IRS for an audit on tax years 2009-2013 and owe over $6'000. His "senior supervisor" "officer" Kevin Brown, also heavily accented, read off my address and told me there is now a warrant for my arrest. These guys should be arrested on felony charges for impersonating federal officers, preying on older individuals, breech of privacy, and fraud.

I received two messages about the IRS from this number. When I called back he said I was being sued for the years 208-2013 for $4,860.43. They will take my driver's license and cancel my credit cards. The will not pay me. I asked if they would garnish my pay. He said no. He asked if I had the money to pay it. I said no. I said I think it is a scam. He said to hire a criminal attorney for $75,000. I asked for a case number he gave me CH3051-NJ.  He said I was wasting his time. I called my police department and they said not to give any information. They get calls all the time about this.I called back at 6:45 p.m. after listening to two messages on my answering machine to call. The IRS works from 7:30-4 maybe 5 p.m.- not at 6:45. p.m.
