    They have called me about 9 times today telling me I was chosen to recive a grant for $7000. And all I had to do is send them $300.plus dollars to keep from having to pay taxes on the money

    Scam.  There is no grant.  They want an upfront fee and when you've wired them the money, they disappear.  Ignore and block the calls. Calls originate in India and Pakistan.  Been going around for years.
