called on Aug, 25, 2010 / caller ID said Almond Joy Inc. ???????? / No message left

Who is this?  Called me on 8/25/2010 caller Id came up as Almond Joy Inc.  Said Hello 4 times got no response.

Received the same call with almond joy inc. I tried to call it back but only received a fast busy.

Something to do with Missouri Prop. C and HealthCare.  Asks you to press 1 to send a petition to (??) Attorney General (??) Kris Kostner (??)

?? are because I wasn't exactly sure who they said at that point.  The rest I am positive about.  It had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH ALMOND JOY, INC.!!!!!

I got this call and was a recorded message to sign petition by pressing 1 to urge Chris Kostner to support Prop C as the feds were trying to overturn Missouri vote.
I pressed one, now I wonder what kind of scam I have gotten into.

Saw this on my called ID on 8/27/10.  Got a call from Almond Joy Inc last name, answered but no one answered back.  Is this Bogus or what?

Have had several calls on my caller ID saying Almond Joy, Inc.  No messages left and I refuse to answer such calls.

i got a call from them today and i live in canada but am american.  i'm guessing they hacked the voter registration list because the recorded message said i was specially chosen for a political survey about my nation.  then it said that for my participation i would receive a free 2 day cruise...at which i hung up.  who can give survey participants a free cruise?  but then i thought they must be collecting some sort of information illegally from suckers who want a free cruise...so i thought i'd warn others. All the caller ID said was Dist. Columbia.

they left a message saying it was a 'political survey call, we will might call back at a later time.' I just got a call from them at 6:40 pm Eugene, Oregon Res.

I just got a call - waited for the number to display and by that time they'd already hung up and I got a dial tone when I answered.    Display said "Dist. Columbia".   North Vancouver BC.

Got a call from 222-495-7114 about 30 min. ago and the caller left a message about a political survey.  It looks like these scammers are robo-calling from different area codes (the other day a call came from an Oregon area code).  I blocked the number.
