Left message concerning calling this # back for a refund, "once your credentials are verified."

It's a scam they have all your information. You should check your bank accounts and also flag your social. They steal your identity and they claim their from the IRS. Their not and you should report them right away.

I received a phone call from 202-499-1576 stating that I had an additional refund of $2,000 and all I needed to do was to call them back and give them my credentials and they then would deposit money to account.  I did not and do not plan on doing so.  Scam artist from hellllllll!

i just got a call from this guy, i could not even understand him and everytime i caught him in not being able to answer my question he hung up. I can not believe they are trying to get our info, at first i thought it was the irs because i just filed my 2011 tax.. very wierd. I just called him back and told him he was busted that the FBI just traced the call and we know he is in DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA and he said F You to me.. lol and i said gotcha..

i just got a call from this number, it's a scam and couldn't even understand this person and he hung up on me because i was rude and he actually tried to say he was the Internal Revenue Service! Do not give any information to him!

I got the call on my answering service and I called back and a man answered and said the IRS has some money for you.  He said he had to check my records and made me wait a couple of minutes and then he said I owed the IRS and I said no I do not and I am on SSI and he hung up on me. This is a scam and why doesn't the real IRS put them in jail for faults representation.

just got a call from the 202-499-1576 number and they said i got a refund.   wanted info from me.   want to report them as a scam.

Called me said I was getting a refund. Tried me make me wire them money for penalty charge. A bunch of scanners.

I just got a call from the same number about a refund. I could just tell it was a scam. Find a job and stop trying to scam people. A little juvenile don't you think.

I just received a call from this number she, the recorded message said it was the IRS saying I was to receive a refund and I needed to supply my credentials, I returned the call and spoke with a foreign speaking man when he answered I asked the the letters IRS stood for his reply was "how should I know"

just got a call as well and asked for the 800# to call the irs back since i just got off the phone with them.  he hung up, he barely spoke english.

I got a call from this number claiming to be the IRS, and I could not even understand what the guy was saying.  However, what I could understand sounded like I was to receive $2173, but I needed to pay $198 in late fees because a mistake was made.  So, I asked how am I responsible for paying late fees for money I am due a refund on, and a mistake I had NOTHING to do with!?  The next thing I know, I heard a dial tone.  Dude hung up on me.  I hope the Feds trace this number and put them out of commission.
