Left a message on my home machine. I couldn't understand what the lady was saying as she was speaking very fast, and seemed to have a lot of back ground noise. All I got out of it was the county name I live in, "Attorney", "person of interest" and then this phone number.

If callers want you to call them back, I suggest they make their messages more clear.

Scammers for sure.  We had a report today of a person claiming to be an Attorney calling from 713 649-4400 saying "you have a warrant out for your arrest"  send us 2,500 or you'll go jail.  They were told to contact phone number 202-499-2034 to send/wire the money to.  Person only had 718.00 and sent the money. Scammers said they would wait until he got paid next week for the rest. Never let anyone "bully" you into giving them information over the phone or strong arm you into sending money.

I got a call from the same number saying "they are going to put a warrant out for my arrest" if I did not pay them $836.26. The scammer's go by the names investigator Jones, Frank Johnson and Chris Black. If anybody knows the address to Legal Mediation Services, Inc, could you please post it here?
