A call from someone who identifies themself as a DEA agent and tells me to pay a fine online or they will arrest me. Completely illegal action.

got a call from DEA agent inreguards to an on going investigation they were the real DEA they came to my home.. for my husband.....they are the real deal.

This is a true scam.  As I was talking to the gentleman that said he was Larry Thompson...he spelled his name back to me and miss spelled it.  There was talking in the back ground correcting his spelling.  Fishy...yes!  He gave a badge number and also a DEA unit number which was narcotics unit division 78.  

Please do not be scammed!!!  If it were a real legal issue...you would have received a letter first to appear in court.

Absolutely a scam.  I got a call from "Larry" as well.  So I call the number back and "all agents are currently busy".  These people have nothing better to do than sit on their lazy [***] and attempt to scam people by threatening them with arrest.  Don't fall for this it is a bunch of BS.  You don't get arrested over the phone folks.

They have yet to get me. Scam artists! They are full of it. I called the Police and the real DEA and they told me that I should call them if anyone shows up because there is not warrant for my arrest. Beware of Larry Thompson or Eric Murphy 202-506-9520

About an hour an twenty minutes ago we were scammed by the same person "Larry Thompson" and his buddy "Eric Murphy" claiming to be DEA Agents and that we  would be arrested in 30 minutes. I asked for a badge number Which they refused to give because they said they couldn't give it out because they were federal Agents. We asked for their Home office number which took them a few minutes to "Find" it, Giving us the real number to Huston after they said they were coming for us in 30 minutes we called the Texas Number giving them the names of the two Fraud "Agents" and they said there is no one in their agent base of the two men. we tried calling Larry's number  and no answer Larry Thompson and Eric Murphy are both frauds.

We are waiting for you LArry and Eric, come on by. We will use you like a Pinata! lol  ANyone care to party with them?????

Just got my call from Larry and Erik.  I'm sitting here waiting for my arrest!  Man, when Kharma comes around to these guys...may God be with them!!!!!  What a bunch of A$$holes!!!!

Just got off the phone with my Federal Defense Attorney and the LAPD-Pacific Division.  They are coming to get you!!!  And God will be collecting from you BIG TIME!!!!

This scam is getting tiresome - I receive these calls every couple of months. I just inform them that I'm a Deputy District Attorney and they usually hang up. One guy had the huzzbah to actually question me on that, then hung up when my questions got the best if him. These guys aren't even good at what they do!

I too receive calls from these clowns every couple months.
I play their game, acting like I'm so scared and will go to the bank to get the money. I try and keep them on the phone for as long as I can. I figure the longer I can keep them busy it's less time they have to call someone else. *wink*

GEEZ use some Common Sense Folks!!!!    NO ... I repeat NO law enforcement agency will call you and tell you they have a warrant out on you and the only way to clear it up without getting arrested is to pay them money.
