Recieved call from this number claiming that a federal warrant had been issued for my arrest and that I needed to call back. AFAIK there has NEVER been a warrant issues for me for any reason whatsoever.

I received a call from a man named Jordan Brown who claimed he was with the Crime Investigation Unit with the IRS. He began telling me I was being investigated for tax fraud from several years ago. I asked him to slow down when talking as I was writing everything down. He abruptly cut me off and asked if he could call back in 5 minutes. I tried the automatic all back feature on my phone and the number was blocked. He has yet to call back - I think he was trying to get vital information from me but I challenged him.

we got a voice mail from this number. Paul Watson said we should call him back immediately because there was warrant for my wife's arrest. it was difficult to understand everything he said. if we didn't settle this she would be arrested. we called back just out of curiosity   and got a message saying he wasn't available.

Same scam call that I got last year... This Year phone # 202-000-0576. Told them to send the money to the same bank account that my refund went to. She said she would have to transfer me to a different department and then we got disconnected. Tried calling back. Oh what fun I would have had with that call!

Received a message saying he was officer Paul Watson and that a warrant for my arrest was issued for tax evasion.  Impossible because I pay my taxes.  This guy talked like he had a mouth full of marbles.  I called back and the same voice answered, but this time he said his name was Jim Arthur and his badge number was 0786.  I challenged him, so he did not try to get any information from me.  Fortunately, I know my local police chief and I called him right away and he said it's a scam.  The IRS does not call.  They send letters.  Be careful folks.  These dirt bags are out there and they will get caught eventually.

Some illegal alien saying he was "Logan Smith" with a Federal Crime Investigation. Before an arrest warrant is sent to the local police to arrest me, I can call him at 1-202-545-6946.

Lucky me! Two weeks ago I had a phone call from someone saying they were from the IRS. That scam call made the national tv stations and our local tv stations interviewed people who had received that call.

I write the scammed phone numbers in my book that I "call-block" on my phone.

Received a voice mail message for my daughter, with name and last name, from that number.  Caller identified himself as Logan Smith, Badge No. 0133,  allegedly from Crime Investigation in Washington, DC, stating that my address is under federal investigation, and for my daughter to contact him prior to sending the arrest warrant.  Will not bother to call back, but posting for the benefit of others.

I received a message onmy machine from that number and very hard to understand it I called back and said they called the wrong number

We received a voice mail from 202-545-6946, similar to others, Hard to understand, had to listen to it several times.  Tried to call and it says the number is not in service.  Person was Paul Watson they wanted to talk before the sent the local police out to arrest, to see if they could get it resolved.
