Lady by the name of Preis Setti called me 2 days ago and said she is from the Washington, DC Grant office.  Told me I was approved for a Grant to start my small business, that I needed to get a grant under writter to do the 9 page paperwork and get it to her by march 2.  I do not know if this is for real or if she is trying to scam me.  Told me I was approved for a Federal Grant

Yes I received a call from Miss Priya back in june of last year, and finally got my government check last month for the amount of $17,760,. I am now in the process of starting my barber shop

I got the same thing from a woman name pruis that works for washington dc grant office.She left me a voice message saying  that I was approved for grant and gave me the case number and told me to give her a call back but i have not gotten ahold of her yet.How do you get grant under writter to do 9 page paperwork? have you spoke to her since then .

I also recieved this call from her but she wanted me to get a professional writer ,I spoke to someone from my homw town that handles grants she stated there are no gov. loans out there im now trying to contact this Seti women it took me 6 times to get her to call back but she never gives who she works for im concerned its a scam

Fascinating news.   So you just happened to stumble on an unknown caller website and found this thread purely by coincidence,  just a day after jeffrey csanyi left his post.   What are the chances?!    So what's your day job, writing scripts for infomercials?

I found this website because I typed in her phone number to see if this grant is a scam  so If you got a grant from her where is she from and how do you contact her she never answers her phone.I have no info about where to send a proposal no details of what is expected and no reference number.I applyed for several grants in a joking way so I didnt save the website info ,I really want a buisness so how did you get the grant?

Well I tracked this phone number down and it belongs to Kanisha J Harris so I think its a scam but if so why doesnt anyone answer the phone and want something.

The address to this phone number is a condo not a government building.

9 pages of grant writing AND a business plan.  Separate.  My business plan for another business alone was over 10 pages.

I asked if there were any costs for the service and was answered no, just the cost of the grant writer.  I was also told by her that many people use grants received for personal reasons not signified in the grant proposal.  When investigated and these grants are negated, they are re-distributed to other valid grant writers.

Well I got someone to write my grant but if she is real why doe she not answer her phone and why cant i get  an address to send this proposal .So again is she a real person?

If you were stupid enough to pay a scammer to (not) write a grant app, then maybe you don't deserve a grant.

How about working for a living, ever think of that? Are you qualified to actually DO anything of value?

Or maybe you too could trick victims out of money by claiming to write a "grant"  for them, now that you see how it's done LOL!

I was not asked to pay for anything nor would I have given up money for that and I do have a education and a great job I want to have something on the side for extra money and nt in a dishonest way.
