- ScamPatrolREDUCE YOUR CREDIT CARD INTEREST RATE SCAM
Starts out as a robocall. I generally just hangup and block the number but was curious and feeling "playful" so I pressed (1) and got the usual East Indian SCAM ARTIST that barely speaks English who was telling me that he could lower the interest rate on my credit card(s).
I played along, saying "yes of course" in my best "old person" voice until he asked for my credit card number. Then I rattled off some numbers and said in my best, clear English voice some words that made reference to human body parts interacting with sheep until he hung up.- Call type: Telemarketer
- Rich replies to AlanWARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are B I G credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!
