Texted me after in reference to a Craigslist posting. Area code is on the other side of the country, I didn't offer shipping. Sounds like fishing for phone numbers in order to scam. Avoid responding to this number.

same thing just happened to me. they're offering me $100 for the shipping. they say their name is "Ashley Wilcox"

Yep May that's them claiming to be a Ashley wilcox just some Nigerians, but I'm playing along with them after I posted on Craigslist, even tried to compromise my PayPal acct saying go ahead and ship notified PayPal they confirmed it is a scam.

I just finished posting 2 cameras for sale on Kijiji and about 1 minute later got a  text saying he wanted to buy both of them, and was going to pay me $100 to ship them priority to his partner working abroad.  His English spelling and grammar were off.  He told me to request the money in Paypal, likely wanting to get my Paypal account.  I asked for his name and address, his partner's name and address, their company name and address.  No reply.

same message one year after .I also had a camera  for sale .they offered me $ 200 for shipping outside the country. Fraud... Fraud..... Fraud

Kijiji scammer, asking what is lowest price through text, I am half a country away from his location, my guess is he will then tell me it's a gift for his friend, can I send the item to his friend and he will wire me the payment. Yeah right, scumbags!!
