This number texted me as part of a fraudulent scam pretending to buy my camera.

This number also texted me about my camera for sale on craigslist.

SCAM!

SAME HERE!! I was selling my video camera on Craigslsit and got a text for this number and the contents included a copy and paste of the title an location I my ad and then a very formal: "Good Day How are you.Do you still have this for sale". It seemed weird because they didn't say what they jus said "this" also this seems like a weird number...this is the D.C. Area code and I'm in Michigan...  so I looke into it and found this site. Thanks! Don't respond back to this person!

I think this is total bs - same story here and they even sent me very real looking 'paypal' confirmation emails but all of the links were just taking me to a reply email instead of the website super sketchy - I had a bad feeling so I called paypal and tried to see if I had payment pending- NOPE- thank goodness I caught it because I was about to ship my item! Very expensive Item that I was selling to be able to afford christmas for my family.  Hopefully this helps someone that might fall for it like I almost did.

same exact thing for me too! This joker sent me a text regarding a cell phone I am selling on Craigslist and its a darn good thing for this site otherwise I'm a victim. I hope this a hole gets it good in the same!
