These are scammers from India impersonating IRS. They try to scare victims into transferring funds to them by telling them that a lawsuit has been filed against them and that they are about to be arrested. If you return their call you will hear the heavy Indian accents.

I called the number. When someone answered with a thick Indian accent and said "IRS", I said "You do realize that the IRS doesn't use Indian call centers" they hung up.

Said I have 3 felony allegations. Reported it to the Telephone company and Government Agency. Noticed action has been taken the phone is flagged as FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY. People should always check !!
