Yea he texted me in response to a Craigslist add and then tried to hack my email account

Same here, craigslist ad! His first text message was odd and second even stranger, so I googled the # and saw that it was most likely a scam and stopped replying!

He wants to buy my Ducati in Craigslist.
Says he's working on sea and can only pay thru Paypal,but he ends up sending a fake Paypal email saying I received an instant payment.

This is a SCAM

Local only, cash only, no paypal = a happy craigslist sale

Received text messages re: motorcycle I have for sale on Kijiji.
Responded once then realized it was the middle of the night so I stopped communicating .

Same here - received texts about an add on Kijiji.  Says he wants to send a trailer I have (in Ontario Canada) to his son in UK.  I replied before I searched the phone number.  Based on comments above, I have deleted the texts and won't reply any more.  And yep - still an oceanographer!

Responded to CL ad I had as well....not heard from him/her since.

This number is a scammer
