Called and said they sent a certified mail and I was scheduled for a phone conference and I did not do it. Never received anything.

Received a call at work. Called my COO's office and told them if I did not call them they will have someone come to my job and serve me.  Obviously my employer was none to happy about this.  It was for a debt that I know nothing about - obviously a scam.  It was turned over to my legal department.

So my legal department just got back to me turns out it's a law firm and I'm being sued.

Yes they are. This afternoon I was served. My legal Department here at my work is trying to see if there is a way to for us to work this out in an amicable way to avoid having to go to court. I will keep you all informed on how that goes otherwise if you know a good attorney if I have to go to court please post here. Thanks

Des send me the details on the summons..Save my guys some time...LOL They have left numerous voicemails on my phone and its a government entity, some people just dont know when to stop.  Please send me the details on the lawyers office.
