- FritzThey called but left no message. Could be a political call or a spoofed number. In any case, I don't want to talk to them.
- David Lavagnino| 1 replyI don't want to be called by spammers.
- KristaThe number has been on my caller id for some time now - i finally answered it... Supposedly i got selected to receive a $7k grant from the federal govt from a program in 2009 that obama set in place. BUT... you have to call the financial dept with an approval number they give you... but here is the thing that got me - they won't ask for bank info and they won't send you a check to your home address (which they already have) they HAVE to send it through a walmart money gram.. I told her tha it sounded sketchy to me for the federal govt to send that way and she hung up on me.... I don't plan on calling the finance dept...
- Caller: unknown
- CarrollThey called me and said they were giving me 7 thousand dollars from a grant and I didn't have to pay it back. I said, then send me a check. they said it would have to be a money gram. I said ok, he said, oh, I cannot hear you well, let me call you back.. this has to be some kind of scam , they said I would receive it in cash, I said, that's fine with me, send it..
- Caller: I could not understand but he mentioned washington
- BernieThey called and knew my nam and said it was the government. About money. Then they went silent.
- KrisThis is an unprofessional call center, with caller who speak very poor English. They want to offer a loan to people. Then they expect you to deposit the loan, you pull the money back out and send it to the company. The is "allegedly" will boost your score. ALL A SCAM... BEWARE!!!!!. You cannot call the number back. When you do not accept, they start calling back with obscenities and unprofessionalism!!
- CWG40 replies to David LavagninoCall blocker might be of some help. Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd. Or where there is no caller ID. There’s no way to stop the calls from being initiated.
- MHCalling a couple times a day and leaving no message. Sick of it.
- JKWhen I answered they did not say anything. Then I hear a couple of bleeping sounds. Like when ups scans your package. Weird. So I just hung up.
- Caller: ??????????
- The G FamilyHorrible call...asked for the wrong person, told them that person was not at the number and to put me on the "Do Not Call" list. They used profanities and called me a b&^%$ and that they weren't going to put me on the DNC list. Finally hung up and blocked the number. Unfortunately, appears they have spoofed a perfectly good number...so they stole someone's number and that person most likely had to change/cancel their number. These folks had a foreign accent and had absolutely no respect for the rule of law.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Crowseveral unwanted calls - my phone rings, no one at the other end
- RebeccaI reported this number to the FCC. My husband is a telecommunications engineer, he and I have worked in telecom for over 20 years. Whenever you receive a call like this, report it to the FCC, especially if the caller makes any threat. If threats are made against you, then the crime becomes extortion and that's a federal crime.
- Call type: Prank
- JonesyThe caller IDs himself as being from the US Treasury and they want to "give" me $7000 no strings attached. This is now the 2nd call and this time I told him I'm not interested in whatever kind of scam they are trying to sell. I then told him to have a nice Fuc*in' day and hung up.
- Steve WilliamsNumerous calls, I have my phone on 'do not disturb' mode so I never hear them. When I call back, no one is there.
