its a credit card scam from washington D.C

talkin bout grant money and if i pay 200 at a western union i get 7000 in grant money....scam yo

I just received a call from this number stating I was being given a gov't grant for 7000.00.  They stated they worked for the US Government Grants Department.

They said something about grants...SCAM!!

I just received a call from this number stating I was being given a government grant for $7,000.00.  They stated they worked for the US Government Grants Department.

i thought they were [***] because they sounded foreign and i asked what is your last name and didnt get a response.

I received a call from this number. Starting I was being given a government grant for $7,000. They need my bank info. Told them I didn't have one. Then they said Western Union them $249.00 to get the 7,000 and they assured me I would get that back. WOW some people. Can we all say scam.

I received a phone call from this number offering me a Government Grant for $7000.  But I had to call a verification and pay 200 to Western Union.   I am on DN CALL List.

These people said I was awarded a US Grant of 7,000, they did not sound like government employes. Wanting a 240.00 security charge was the thing that opened my eyes to this scam.

They said I was chosen for a grant. Asked for my address and date of birth.

They said I would get a fre grant of 7000.00 dollars and when I told them I wanted a check they hung up.

got a call and they wanted to give me 7500 dollars by account or western union

Called me today and said I had been selected for a 7,000$ government grant but I had to western union like 250$ and then the money would be released in my account. I asked my best friend for advice and she said I shouldn't do it ,she also looked online for me and found this site!! I'm so glad I didn't fall this because its a straight up scam!!

They call saying  got a free grant, wanting info,give u a
# to call but no answer, its a scam

How can we stop this? People are in need but to use the government to do it? They did sound foreign

glad i found this, the asked me for my debit it card i gave them an empty prepaid, lol. i aint gon lie i almost fell for it. boy am i glad i googled it!!

[***] yeah same as me! i gave them mofos!  a prepaid card info... lady accent was foriegn. but she say her name was Angelia.. spanish name. [***] fpls! i wasnt born last night.

Scam, do not trust whatever they said.

Do not trust these foriegn ppl scam and I see they all gave the name Angela too. Federal govt doesn't do busines through western union and def. Don't have accent.

they called me too ppl kept telling me it was a scam i didnt believe them till i found this web site tg for google
