This number is a scammer they scammed me out of an iPhone through PayPal

Can you tell me how they scammed you thru paypal?

They sent me a text to buy a camera I have advertised on craigslist. They asked for my pay pal info and I just sent a text that said NO.

he said he worked on oil rig lmao

he said : i only wish to purchase for sons use

He Said :okay but i would to come pick it up my self and hand you the cash but i am currently out of town for work,i work in an oil rig if you dont have an account you can simply get one for free at www.paypal.com its very easy safe and secure just few steps away and you get your cash... just lemme know okay?

I have had this number call me the guy says his name is Mark Taylor. We have been talking on Facebook for a while. Told me he was originally in YEMEN helping treat the wounded and injured. Now he wants me to help him supposibily to get back to the States. He says he lives in Lexington, NC. He has even sent me pictures of two kids that is supposed to be his daughter and son. I have not currently done anything to help him. But, now that I know that this is a scam I am going to quit talking to him.

Got a call from 202 345 6781.  They told me that I was entitled to some federal grant money and that I should call the above number to get it.  Said Walmart was going to deliver it or something.

Called number, someone answered saying they were the federal grants department.  Their acsent was so thick I could hardly understand them.  I asked for the company name, they responded saying this isn't a company.  I asked who I called, and they hung up.

I feel like this is probably a scam.

This number is a scam. Tried to get money from my mother. Asked what company they were and they hung up on me. Indian accents.

I just got a call from them telling me that i qualified for a grant that the government gives to a few people every year. They gave me this number which cannot be completed

Its not the Federal Gov. calling you, its a scammer!

You can't be awarded a Grant if you did not apply for it. Its free to apply and free to receive one if awarded.
