    Text messages wanting to purchase a high priced item posted to ebay. Asked for my bottom line price, then offered  $100 more and to pay shipping. I'm in the credit card business and recognized this as fraud. After stringing her along, Roxanne Johnson,  I got her to give me the final delivery address, Nigeria. BINGO! Fraud! She said she was from Louisiana.  She was going to pay via PayPal. Even sent me a fake PayPal reciept identifying that a deposit had been made and would be deposited into my acct once a shipping number verifying the item had been shipped was provided.
