202-657-4712

Caller claims to be with IRS. Saying I owe past taxes, etc. and threatening with jail time. Its a scam, had same kind of call last year saying same thing with the same threats, just different number.

I received a recorded message from the number 202-657-4712 claiming it was from the IRS and that they'd been trying to reach me because I am being sued by the IRS. Every time I call the number back it's just a busy number. Sounds like a scam to me.

Come on!  Is this your first rodeo?  Go to forum and look up IRS.  At least 27,000 reports.

Folks---  The IRS mails letters if here is a problem.  You are being called by a THIEF (probably not even in the USA).  Ignore the caller.

scammer calls old folks  claims it is the IRS  filing suit   why cant they get this jerk?   do a search on this number  and you can get a map to his street   where is the attorney general

Same Issue here. sounds likes a scam also.
