Received a message from this number saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me for unpaid taxes.  I was suspicious since we usually receive refunds of our taxes.  I called them back, a gentleman with a very strong foreign accent answered immediately as "IRS."  Since I deal with the IRS on a regular basis, I know agents are difficult to get a hold of with a very long wait time and they provide their name and ID number to callers.  I told the gentleman what was said in the message left on my voicemail and expressed concerned that the message was a scam.  He asked me, "Do you think this is a scam?" several times with increasing indignity, to which I replied "Yes" each time.  He then said something I couldn't understand and hung up on me.

Same thing just happenned to me, same phone number.
Who can we complain to?

Same as person above, heavy accent, could barely understand, very aggressive

Received a message from this number 1:46pm for a lady saying return the call immediately.  I called them back, a gentleman with a very strong foreign accent answered immediately as "IRS."He then said something I couldn't understand and I told to him  somebody to speak spanish  hung up on me

got the same message.  called the number and it said it was not a valid number.
