This asain ppl call me saying that I just wont a federal grant for $10,200. All I needed was to give them my bank card so I decided to do it and play there scam game. Well any how later they ask me if I could tranfer 220 first and then they would transfer te money well I told him no you can pull the money from the geant amd just transfer the  rest and he didnt want to I new then it was trying to come up on me. Forget them not this time.

Things to believe:

• There ain't no such thing as a free lunch.
• If it sounds (or looks) too good to be true, it probably is.
• You have not won big bucks from a benign benefactor, a pot of pesos from PCH, dinero from a doctor, or a grant from a gracious government    <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
• The tooth fairy really does not exist
• Everything you read on the internet is not necessarily true.
• It is illegal to ask for money for a loan or prize, before awarding the loan or prize!
• "Free Trips" are loaded with mandatory & costly extras, and you usually must give them your card number after listening to a loooong spiel at a hotel.
• Microsoft or one of their agents did NOT cold call you to fix your computer.
• The moon is not made of green cheese.
• The IRS will snailmail you, rather than phone you, if there is a problem.
• Jackalope milk is not an aphrodisiac.
• If you "green dot", MoneyGram or Western Union money to a scammer, the money is gone.
• You should beware of Greeks bearing gifts, specially if the gift is a wooden horse with termites.

I got a call from a man last week saying i won a grant from the goverment of ohio and it was for 10,200 dollars and first i needed to transfer 220 dollars for them to route it from the bank....i am hurt noing someone that will go that low to do something like this to ppl and not feel any remorse what a shame

I got the same call about 10200.pp I played along called back and told them I was reporting them to the police

Same situation happened with my daughter and them saying it was a Federal Grant. Unfortunately, her not truly knowing how federal grants worked submitted the money and got scammed.

I got the same call and they hung up on me...try to call that number back it's not a good number. .the area cod 202 is in Washington. ..

My son just received a call from this number a few minutes ago.  He said he's received several of these calls over the last few weeks.  I took the call today and the person, who did not present as being very educated, mumbled something about a grant.  I told him my son had not applied for a grant and did not need a grant.  I asked him to please put our number on his Do Not Call list.  He replied, "I can't do that."   When I asked why not, he said he was just doing his job.  I repeated my request and he started getting very silly on the line and saying in a goofy voice, "Okay okay okay!"

This number has been calling me several times

got a call from this heavy indian accent guy, saying ive been selected for a 9200 grant.
funny thing i got into a fight with him because i couldnt understand his english so he got mad and said "dont  you speak english!"
which i said "no you dont speak english you sound asian or indian!" then he said OH MY GOWD(heavy indian accent) and hanged up
but later call me and said if i wanted the grant or not lol which i said fk you

Caller calls up to 6 times per day.  Never leaves a message.

Do not call me

Why do you think posting your request on a website to identify unknown phone numbers will have any results? Do you think your caller watches this site and will know who  are when they see your post and will stop calling you? Just invest in a call blocker.

The guy calls me knowing my full name and phone number. He threatens me saying he is my fu****..... He tells me he knows where I live and is going to come kill me in the middle of the night. He says my father is a dog.

Who is this? You need to leave a msg, if you want to talk to me.

I was called by this number. A barely intelligible accented male claimed he represented a non-existent Federal agency, and that I was being investigated. I can swear in several languages. I used them and hung up. The caller came back with profanity of his own. I pressed all the keys on the phone and waited for him to give up.

Consumer got a call from this number saying he was going to catch and rape her

Got a call from an indian guy telling me I was randomly chosen by federal government to receive grant money. I told him "no thank you", as I realized it was a scam. He responded, "f**k you" and hung up.

Got a call from s guy who was trying to sell or gain personal data...presented themselves as government agency...
When challenged with how I can verify their identity the cursed me and I had to shut down the call

Just got a call from them.  Told me I was getting a $9200 grant from the government (which they were claiming to work for, the US Government).  When I told them my father in law is a federal government employee and I had him on the line verifying all of his information, he became quickly agitated and cussed me out a bit.  I told him I would be reporting him and hung up.  He called back 2 more time (which I would not answer). Scammer for sure.  Hope they get caught.
