Man speaking poor English calls several times a day insisting he speak with me about US Government Grants that I am owed for. When I ask them to stop calling me they tell me that will not stop calling and that I must stay on the phone with them. He told me repeatedly that if I hung up the phone they would continue to call me until I use whatever service they are offering. I told him I would be calling the police and he told me to get the police on the phone right away and that I better not hang up the phone on him. I asked him why they are harassing me and he said he would keep harassing me until I pay for their services. He began to swear and insult me so I hung up. He continued to call me for the next few hours over and over.

These people call all hours
Very rude and keep saying I'm owed money and they have my account information. Basically threatened to contact my bank. Just unreal.

female speaker says they are with the U.S. Government grants. They asked if I was who was speaking and then gave me attitude so I hung up on them. If you give me lip then I hang up on you and find you not my time.

I get these calls early in the morning and all day. They claim to be from washington d.c. and they have a 7,500 dollar grant forme, all i need to do is register for their money order service which will cost me $260 dollars. Sometimes i miss the call so i call it back, and it goes to a skype recording wanting me to type in a pin number. I think theyre calling from india but using skype to call me/us from a u.s. area code.

receiving unwanted calls from this yet again 800 notes. not sure what they want as I don't answer numbers I don't know but it is very annoying!

This number called me two days ago and again today. Arabic sounding woman left a short voicemail today.. was difficult to understand but pretty much threatened to take off my head. I could hear chatter in the background so it may be a telemarketing company.

Get calls from all kinds of numbers every day from all states.

All purpose Indian or Pakistani law/debt/IRS scammer/extortionists.  Block their calls and ignore them.

Beware this a scam if u get a call do not call them back they called left a computer voice mail saying I need to call them back it was final notice. I called them back they said the cops will be coming to my house I do not pay them they read me these fake charges they said it was from 2008 and if I don't pay the cops will be on there way to take me to jail and even had a fake badge number and case number. This guy had a heavy accent after I reported them I was told they are from a diffent country looking for victims to scam by saying the cops will come to people's house and they try to put fear in people to pay. IRS phone scam look it up online.

I was called 5x in a row by this man about some grats. Asked him nor to call he was harassing and he cussed me out!blocked the # because he continued to call!

Kept getting  calls from this number. Said i was gonna get$ 8500.00  need a bank card to receive  the money don't sound legit. So I hung up. I asked for paper check  and the woman  was cra cra

Person said they are from the Federal Govt. I couldn't understand what the woman was saying and said that I didn't understand her message as her accent was so heavy. She said OK and hung up. I have gotten 3 - 4 calls from this number and could never get a clear message of what they were asking for.

I got this call on my cell phone yesterday, but I could not answer it as I was in church.  It shows as missed call and has that it was from Egypt.

I have been getting calls from Washington and they say I have been awarded several thousands from the US government as a grant.  Which is a Scam!!! they tell me to deposit $350 to a telegram to get my money, really they play me that dumb.  They are foreigners trying to scam you don't fall for it.  this number called today so I pretended to have a thick accent and they hung up on me!!!! LOL

Called me many times.
This time female told me  "I was selected by the Gov. for $8,000,00 grant."
When I said I didn't believe her, she hung up.
Please have these people call me and others.
It's, obviously, some truck they are trying to play on whoever is gullable.

if you get a call from 202-657-6869 it is a most evil scammer.  Use a foreign voice and they will hang up.  They haven't called back today. HA HA I am having the last laugh!!

Getting lots of calls from the foreign speaking guy saying he is from US Government with grant money due to me. I tell him to remove my name and number if he starts talking I hang up on him.
