chris - 10 Apr 2007i get the same phone call, at least twice a day. one at 9:30 am and noon. i did call back the number, it does ring. Some picks it up to hang up on you . i don't know you this number can be blocked or not. when they call again, i'll have the answer machine get. I hope this kinda helps

dawn - 27 Apr 2007I just recieved a call from this number. We have been getting calls at 6am and in the middle of the night. I spoke to the representative and he said that their company is called Maxcare. They are promoting a platinum visa card. I asked for their mailing address and he said that he would take our number off his list. He avoided giving the information by saying that he will take the number off and we will not be called again. Wait on the line for a while and it should prompt you to enter 1 to speak with a representative.

james - 2 Apr 2007they keep calling from this number and i have no idea who it is is there anyway to stop the calls. i think we sould start a flood of calls to our respective phone companies about these unwanted calls and see how they like it. Or better yet go to all the crap sights and leave this phone number for them to call back

April - 6 Apr 2007I didnt answer as I didnt recognize the number but my number is on a no-call list for solicitations. My guess is that they are trying to get involved in identity theft and there may be more people out there getting scammed. Any ideas if there is a way to expose this person and find out who they are. I did a reverse phone search and there is information available but I dont feel like paying anything for something I dont know what it is. If it continues I just might and subsequently I will file charges if need be. I will keep you all posted. I got a weird busy signal as well when I tried calling back.
