I got a call on my cell.  No one spoke, just dead air.  It happened twice.

I have received, just today, calls on my cell phone from 202-666-3228 at 3;22pm; 3:23pm;3:24pm; and 3:25pm. This has been happening at least three times a week. Nobody ever is on the other end. Every time that I try to return the call I am told that al circuits are busy and to try again later.

Called tonight at 7pm and said he was going to do very volgar things to my daughter

I keep getting calls from this number also when I call back the number the circuits are busy try again later..

Ditto to above.  Getting repeat phone calls but dead air.  Call back and get "all circuits are busy".  What satisfaction are they getting by calling????
