no one was on the line when i answered

no one on the line.

I got a call from 202-666-5610 and I waited to hear a voice and then a foreign sounding woman was on the other line and I could here many people in the back ground like a telemarketer...she started to tell me that my name and number were randomly selected to receive free grant money from the government. I cut her off and told her she is not going to scam me and she hung up.

Call no answer

I received the call and no one was on the line.  I tried to call the number back and I got a msg like from the 70s saying all lines were currently busy please try your call again later.  The grant money scam also shows up as unavailable because they are also using skype to get around the no call list.  I have told them repeatedly to take my number off their list but they still call.  So now I put my cell number on the national call list but I'm not sure that will stop the skype use. website that showed up in an email was www.myfundingguide.com Skype number on site 1-866-403-3127. fyi.
