Recorded Msg, claiming to be IRS.

I owned irs some money and if I don't pay today I'll getc 5 years in prison.

Msg supposedly from IRS.  Said to call back to avoid IRS taking legal action against my name.

There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers in both Canada and the USA.

Same [***] he is an of  middle eastern . Robo call irs .legal action up. I got him on th he phone . I simply asked him for his address hung up m........ fuc..... I keep calling bsck and he will block me .

Rec'd call - man with thick accent calling for someone else at my number...claiming to be from IRS...said that he had a warrant for this person and if I didn't cooperate he would have me arrested also. Got very smart with me...I hung up...

Called me 3 times, left one voice mail. Thick accent and told me he was Officer a Campbell at the IRS and told me to call back ASAP and something about time sensitivity. I finally answered and he asked for John Petri and I said he has the wrong number and he goes "oh." And I hung up.

I received the same call Monday, I've been trying to contact any agent from the IRS to confirm.

Called me twice, I called back and a man with a middle eastern accent answered. Claims to be IRS but asked for my first and last name, wouldn't they ask for a social if it was the IRS? He said there is a case against me and asked if the local authorities had contacted me. Total scam.

I also got a call on my cell today and did not answer. Left message, heavy accent and did not have my name.

I got 3 calls yesterday with the same message so I called today but go a voicemail. Im contacting the IRS to get more info, although Im sure its a scam.

Just got this call today. Showed emergency so I answered. Heavy mid eastern accent claiming to be a officer. I asked for #to call him back. He got upset, but gave me the number and said I had until 5 to call back. Wait for it

He did same thing to me.
I ignore him by not unswerving the phone.

This is funny.....I got a call from the same phone number and left me a message saying that I loan as been approved for $5,000 dollars. I never applied for a loan.........LOL.....

They just called me saying I was approved for a loan......................

Just got a call from this number sayin i was approved for a 5000$ loan, smh really!!!!

This person called my mother in law with questions about a scam that she has been a victim of, telling her that he wanted to help her "get her prize" and that he had helped someone else recoup 3/4 of his 10,000K invested in a scam. He also identified himself as Agent Adam White, and gave her a case file number. I am very doubtful that this phone number is used by an agency that helps people who have been scammed -- I think these scammers all work together, and he was probably pfishing for some other kind of information.

heavy mid Eastern accent said his name was David Meyers and that I had been approved for a 5,000 loan and also sent me and email with phone#9406374935 never applied and never will lol.

Called me twice, guys with a thick accent maybe Indian or middle eastern claiming to be from the IRS when I called back some times a male with a similar accent or a woman with a similar accent will respond asking for my name and when I don't give it to them they hang up.
