202-684-8290

This number called me earlier, I picked up and there was nothing but silence on the other end.

Keep receiving calls from 202-684-8290, no voice mail left

No one there and number is said to be disconnected?

Sick of getting several calls a day from this number.  No voicemails left.

Must be Obama he is looking fo $

Some idiot calling for money for Romney because he has not got that much, that is a lie, check with Karl Rove and all the money he has collected for Romney.

did not answer

not first time getting a call with no one on the other end. This time it affected my call I was having with a deployed family member

Called me this evening too!No message left either! Why do they always call during dinner-time?

This- 202-684-8290 called today Oct.16, 2012 I said hello they didn't answer..I said hello again they didn't answer....a few seconds later they hung up. I called the number right back and it said the number was disconnected or no longer in service.

Has called 4 times today so far and it's only 2:00 PM.  Never left a message and when I answer, they hang up.  Caller ID says "User 31 465-9786" but when I *69, it dials this number (202) 684-8290.  Why hide your real caller ID and then hang up if the call is answered?  Smells like some form of fraud to me.  Or maybe they just get paid by the number of calls made and answered, even if it is a message machine answering.

It could also be a computer bug.  Many call are made through a computer system.  I don't see why someone would waste time making so many call for nothing.

I never answer these calls, yet they keep on trying.  Very aggravating.
