    I don't understand I have given my phone # to the national phone # place not to receive these kind of crank calls, and that's what kind of calls I seem to always get now.
    Why should I even bother to comply with the government's policies if they won't bother to hold there end up.

    WARNING--BEWARE!!  These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give your credit card number to these lowlifes, or you will regret it forever!

    Robocall from "Rachel" with "Bank Card Services" offering to lower my interest rates.  Pure scam, criminal fraud.
    Haven't heard from "Rachel" or any credit card scam in a while.  Apparently they are back.
