I received a call from the number above this afternoon telling me I've recieved a Government grant of 10,000$ all I needed to do is western union them a processing fee of 153.00. Than wait 30-40 minutes and the grant money would be in my savings account at my bank. I think her name was something like Christine Taylor and I really need to know if this is all real?

I received the same phone call a couple days ago.. she told me the exact same thing so i was trying get a number to see if this is real

This number is not a government number this number is from columbia

What part of "Advance fee scam" are you people not getting? You get a phone call from someone you do not know, and you believe it? So they can "give" you $10,000, but they can't afford to send it to you? Have you ever read a Western Union form? NEVER use it for any other reason than to send money to family, & friends (real ones). It is NEVER to be used for any payment, lottery, prize, tax, NOTHING. It's a scam folks!

This number just called me...I knew it had to be exam...they must have thought I was an idiot to actually give them my money to receive some bogus crap!

Hi I received the same call from the same number but I have two different numbers 1 is (202) 697-7222 which rejected my call when I called back then I called the 202 697 9182 and spoke with some lady and they told me that they were going to put ten thousand two hundred dollars into my account and I had to pay them a hundred and eighty nine dollars for transfer free the first number that I called the 7222 rejected my call the second number just rang rang rang rang and rang and went to voicemail I do believe ladies and gentlemen that they're trying to steal our money and this is a fraud do not give them any information for those out there had the same situation happened I'm going to try to take care of it I'm going to call the financial grant department then I will post what they told me and what to do so for those who are in the same situation I am so we all can know the right these people are not good people trying to steal money from people that don't really have it again ladies and gentlemen this is a fraud do not give them any information I will post like I said I'm calling the federal grant department I will post what they said to me i

I read your post I do a little investigating myself and you are absolutely right I don't know why people think they are receiving this money when it is nothing but a scam and the guy just had the audacity to call me back and I argue with me to try to tell me that it's not a scam have you ever heard of United States government acting like a child and cursing at you on the phone cuz I've never heard of that you are absolutely right this is definitely a scam and something needs to be done before somebody that doesn't know what you're doing and they get all their money taken I feel so sad I told the guy pray for soul and then he hung up on me

Hi gunner just wanted to let you know and everyone else that these people actually had the audacity to call me back and a try to get me to believe that they were from the government and then they only asked for four dollars and some odd sense but when I spoke with the second person they wanted me to send them by Western Union and hundred eighty nine dollars this is definitely  needs to be done before someone person that doesn't know any better get all their money taken from him what kind of scumbags do something like that is just such a shame trying to steal from people that are hard work in United States citizens the work hard for our money so some other people can just try to take it I don't think so by the way I loved your post to at least you're honest
