They do not leave any message

I'm tired of these dumb [***] calling my phone 10 times a day and to stupid to leave a message! READ THIS CAREFULLY IF YOU CAN....EITHER LEAVE A MESSAGE OR QUIT CALLING MY PHONE!! GET A FREAKING REAL JOB YOU LOSER!!!!!!!

I keep getting calls from this number : 202-719-2133 and I would like for them to stop calling my phone. Sometimes they will call 5 times a day and not leave a voicemail. It's annoying. Thank you!

Yep, the calls just started today 11/20/13 they leave no message and have had four calls as of this post at 3:30 pm mountain time.  I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize, so if it is important LEAVE A MESSAGE!  HELLO!

Started getting calls from this number...I do not answer if they are numbers that are unknown to me.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number since 11/15/2013. My caller ID Shows unknown name. I do not answer my phone if the person is calling can not have an identifying name & number. That is the purpose of me paying for caller ID. If I do not answer the phone they do not leave a voice message. They call over 5 times a day & it is getting annoying. When I try to call the number back I am unable to get through.

Have all of you attempted to sign up for the healthcare.gov site?  I looked it up and this is an OLD Washington DC number - assigned to government.  the area code is anyway.  The only thing I know of that I have anything going on in Washington with - is that I have tried unsuccessfully to sign up and get insurance.  I started the process, so they have my number -but whenever they call - I answer and get the same womans voice - just the start of a prerecording I think - and then it cuts off - could be another glitch in an automatic follow up system they have.

I attempted to call this number back and keep getting disconnected.I kept trying and then received an automated message saying that this number is no longer in service.

To all of you getting calls.  I, too, was getting calls from this number and, like you, if it is a number I don't know, I don't answer.  I tried calling back but only got the fast 'busy' tone anytime I tried,  Today, moments ago as a matter of fact, and fed up that the calls were starting AGAIN today, I answered.  It is JobFair.com -- based out of Washington DC and they obviously are tied in with one of the services for finding employment online.  So, in your 'registration' to see available jobs in your area, you were asked for a phone number.  This is how you're getting the calls.  I was polite but firm in saying that their calls -- failing to leave messages -- were borderline harassment and that I wanted my number removed from their list and to not be bothered again.  She tried further to peddle colleges and universities in the area that could assist in making me more marketable.  Again, I asked to be removed from their call list or I would report them.  Afterall, I merely wanted to SEE jobs available in my area; NOT be bothered by someone in DC to recruit me for additional schooling.  I hope this helps all of you frustrated with these multiple calls.  

I'm getting calls from this too after filling out a thing on jobfair.com I also started getting 10+ e-mails from various different job fair sites that all tied back to the same site in the end. I unsubscribed from that and so far so good. No more e-mails. I found out that the "woman" that you speak to when you answer the call is actually a very convincing robot. I found this out when I started talking to her and describing my plans to get my masters degree in my field and then a couple questions later she asks me if I'm planning on furthering my education by getting a master's degree and if she can set me up with schools I can contact for more information after A. I'd described in detail what my plans were previously and B. I'd already stated that I have a school that I'm applying to and am pretty much already accepted at because I am an Alum and I've already spoken to my professors about what we are planning on doing for the master's program. Once she asked this I flat out said, "I'm talking to a robot aren't I?" ANd she again asked about schools and education like I hadn't even said anything. I'll have to admit. Who ever programmed this one was very clever. I didn't think I was talking to a machine until it goofed up. I'm going to my phone company tomorrow to get the number blocked. I've tried everything else to stop the calls from coming. Nothing works. Also a machine using the phone would also explain why it doesn't leave voice mails and why no one can call the number back because it's constantly calling all these numbers programmed into it's system and thus won't answer any incoming calls because it's lines are already tied up with however many calls it's making at the same time. Hope this helps anyone who's having similar problems.  This is just plain ridiculous. And I agree with some previous posts. This is harassment. 5-10 calls a day is too much!

this number calls my cell as often as twelve times per day, i don't answer because i don't get calls from other states, all my people are near me except a brother in maine, it's not his number, it's a wash, d.c. number, if you try to call back it says the number has been disconnected??? they never leave a message.  this particular cell doesn't have a block option or they'd be blocked now.

This number is calling my disabled grandmother 10 to 15 times per day. She is in severe pain,walks to the phone and again it is them. THESE people should be ashamed of themselves to make money by tormenting people this way. SHAME ON YOU.

I received a call on 11/25/13 at about  12:15 PM
The woman said she was from Job US. and needed info to complete my information.  She asked if I was looking for work and the salary.
She asked when I graduated from HS.  I gave her the year ans she said ok thank you and hung up.

I smell a big rat and possible fraud of some type.

I have not tried to sign up for the government health care, but have been getting several calls a day.  As above no message and when I called back I get a recording that the number is disconnected.  I wont answer this call either.

I know i have applied a few places... one being snagajob.. this number called me 6 times today.. i don't normally answer numbers that i don't knw... so i let it ring... by the 5th call i picked up.. i didn't say anything but she asked for me--- without me saying anything.... i said she's not in-- they just HUNG UP..
I tried calling back... just a "we're sorry" message....
They called again - asked for me... i was a little upset so i said "may i ask who's calling" in which she said "Shelly from *job* something "....anyways.... i wasn't so nice... after i said what i wanted to, i hung up... i herd em continuing to talk..

This number called and doesn't leave a message, so I call back to find out who the hell it is and number is not in service per the auto system that picks up. WTF

I have a job and they provide me insurance.. thank God!  I hate this obamacare and what I HAVE to pay for while everyone lives on my taxes. This number is blocked on my phone.!

I started getting calls from this number yesterday but didn't answer. I had four missed calls. Earlier today I received another call but didn't answer. When my cell rang again, from that same number, I decided to answer. A woman asked for me and when I asked "Who's calling?" she hung up. Try to call the number back and I get disconnected. So weird.
