They finally said I would need to shell out security for the 8,500

They weThey started with an unavailable #, then told to call the number.they were very rushed.

I got the same call 2 days in  row . I asked if it was a scam and he got a attitude

they called 2 days in a row , I asked if it was a scam he got an attitude so I hung up . then they call back today I say the same thing but all they would say was have to give a 250 deposit . hahaha what a joke . they barely spoke English . said u can pick the money up western union . ya ok if it was from the gov then why cant they just send a check . its a scam

Foreign lady called from "Unknown" number and then told me I had been selected for being a good citizen by the Federal Govern.  (US DEPT OF TREASURY to be exact) to be given 8500.00. then gave me this number to call and JUSTIN PARKER EXT 157 told me to go to a Western Union and pay 250.00 dep and then I would get the $ and dep back. When I asked why couldnt they send me a ck he said they cant send cks out.....( BS)  I am from Ga

Received a call from a 254-85 number pretty stating the same as the rest of you. I was then told to call the 202 number. Personally I thought it was BS, never attempted

Same here! I was going to go and do it until i just read all the post. Same guy, Justin Parker. But i was thinking, y cant u just send a check? I was nervous as hell. Its 1:08am in California. So u know i was worry.

Woman with foreign accent called me,

number, got no answer.
Lady stated she was from federal government.

I also received call from 25485 (foreign sounding lady) stating I had $8500 grant from Federal Reserve in New York that did not have to be paid back just for being a good citizen....Was told to call back # 202-738-1577 to receive my money. I knew this was a joke and laughed at the lady the entire conversation. If it sounds too good to be true then it is...

Same [***] as all yall.  I went as far as doing the  security deposit to see how deep they gO.  after I Was given this number 3477325205 And some bank code they asked for another deposit.  Its complete scam

Yep same call as everyone here but I was told to call Monica Lori at 2027381577 and I was told to go to any money gram place. I picked up on it pretty quick it was fake. I'm active duty Army meaning I work for the government so if they wanted be to have 8500 it would be very easy for them to let me know. Anyway I am f

Same as everyone else. I've had these calls before for different amounts of money.  The government Does NOT call you if they want to give you money! They communicate by mail.

This the first time , they called ,  about a computer from microsft, and something was wrong with
my computor running slow ,  the second time was goverment wanting to give me 8,500 hundred
dollars, the goverment dont give money they want money.
