Foreign lady. When told her my husband wasn't available she hung up.

stated they he was from United States Treasury in foreign accent.  I demanded what do you want he repeated what do I want then stated again from United States Treasury again asked what do you want and he hung up.

Woman with foreign accent said she was working for the Federal Clearance Dept. in Washington, DC and that I was selected by the government to receive $1000 because I have paid my taxes on time and haven't ever filed a bankruptcy claim.  She asked me for my debit card number so she could transfer the money to it.   When I told her I wouldn't give her my card number, she hung up.  I tried to call the number back to see who they are, but the recording said the "mailbox was full".

That asked if this was Gweneth ****** and I said yes then they hung up

They have called be about 8 times in the past week
