Received a call this morning from this number.  Was wondering were is this number coming from

This number is the Washington, DC VA Medical Center.  It IS a legitimate number.  I am a veteran and call the number quite frequently.  They were most likely trying to get in touch with a veteran to schedule or verify an appointment.

Keep receiving harrassing calls to my job from an invididual with a criminal history named Salodius Hicks using an alias as Marlon Hicks. This matter needs to be addressed before legal actions occur.

If that is the same person I know, be careful.  I don't know him as Marlon Hicks.  I know him as Salodius Hicks. He was arrested twice for sexual assault. If you look under Maryland Sex offender registry, you can see his picture and see if you recognize him. If it's the same person report him. I hope that helps you.

My phone number is on the national do not call registry but I am still getting phone calls from this number and another number in the Maryland DC area.

Its the VA Hospital in DC.  Nightmare phone maze to find whoever is trying to contact you, but legit number.

I received a call from this number also, and they stated that it was the VA hospital. When I expressed concern that they had the wrong number and there was a vet that was now not being notified of their, potentially, very important appointment, they said they could ONLY cross reference by obtaining the patient's name next time they called me, and not by voicemial. I found it odd that they would ask me to obtain a person's name and then relay it back to them, vs. just being able to cross reference a number they had obviously called. Either way-- it concerns me.

This person called 4 times in a span of a few minutes. every time I hung up they called again. I asked them not to call, however, they refused to comply with my reques. what can be done about these harassing calls?

I am not a veteran, nor do I even know any, and this number called three times in three minutes while I was driving to work. If it is the VA, I would think they would leave a voicemail if it was important enough to dial me incessantly.
