Totally fraudelent company called me, didn't even state the companies name and the caller said she was in investigator and that i owed on a payday loan from 2008??! Ive received nothing in writing and when i asked for verification she said there was no time because this was heading to court, i said fine, serve me with papers and i will see you there...im quite certain i wont be receiving any papers.

She called me too!  Just a collections agency using illegal tactics to try to scare people.  I really don't know how these people sleep at night.

I received a call today as well from this number.  I didn't answer but it obviously wasn't important because they left no message.

Received the same call as everyone else.  This "investigator" said the exact same thing about not having time because it was going to court, I then proceeded to ask the investigator was his badge # was so and what state he was licensed in so that I could verify this with his commander.  He stumbled with his answer and finally said that I do not need his badge # because they were on the way to my work to arrest me.  I then proceeded to ask him what they were going to arrest me for and if the arrest warrant was in my state or his?  

After stumbling around for an answer, he kept stressing that there wasn't any time and that I needed to pay up or they'd see me in court.  I then asked him for his fax number so that I could send a validation of debt letter, this is a letter asking them to send any and all validation of your debt to you.  He told me that there wasn't time and that all it took was for me to give him a credit card number or checking account number with routing number.  

I then said to him and I quote...."Say what?!   Seriously?   You think I'm that stupid as to give you my personal information, let alone my credit card & bank account #'s?  What on earth have you been smoking?  Now listen to me and listen good.  I will not recognize this phone call whatsoever unless you give me right here and right now, your badge # & state you are licensed in and your fax number so that I can legitimately send to you a validation of debt letter and so that I can send to you a cease & desist letter as well.  Otherwise, if you are not willing to give me this information then I can't help you.   Now are you ready to tell me these questions that I have asked of you or are we finished?"  

I don't think he knew what to say or do because he then hesitated to talk, me thinking he had hung up so I asked if anyone was there.  He then said he was and that I needed to pay up today.  Oh and he wasn't in quite as much of a hurry in his voice when I said all that I did earlier.

Since he wasn't forthcoming with the information I requested, I hung up on him.  :)

I got the same exact call. Inspector Jennings. He told me that the company he worked for was 'CCC' but wouldn't tell me what it stood for.  The more I questioned him, the more and more pissed off he got. He was actually yelling at me at one point. I told him that I'm going to report them to the BBB and for some strange reason (ha ha ha) the phone number is not working now. Ridiculous!

I got a call yesterday from this same phone number talked to someone who said he was a investigator about a payday loan with Bahama Marketing,only thing he would say is there is no time before it goes to the court house or something along that affect.They even have all my info,checked with the wife this was paid off.

I got the same call. I didn't answer but the lady said on my voicemail that she was calling regarding a civil complaint against me. But she couldn't even pronunciate 'investigator'. Get a life!!

i got a call again today 02/24/2012 with a case# threatening to have me arrested for non payment of payday loan which was taken out in 2009,also threatened me that he had all of my information and is giving me 24 hour notice to come up with copys.What a crock would not even give me any information on the company that they where with

i also stated i would not like anymore calls at work and Inspector Jennings said that he can call me anytime he wants and will continue to call me at work i called the FTC and reported them,Inspector Jennings would not give me his company name.

well i'm just wondering what the point of scaring anyone is aren't they looking to discredit us .i feel it harassment that need stop ,if its money they want they cant get it out of a turnip. What i don't understand is why there has been nothing sent to me if this is a legal matter.

After receiving a scam call from them today I got the same run around so I told them to F>O> I decided to get back at them so I called back and when that same b..ch answered she got an earful of a nice extra loud air horn.... I lmfao I know she has to be deaf at least in 1 ear now.... Serves them right.....

Just received a call at work and also on my cell.I did not answer these calls but message stated it was  Investigator Lisa Green has two files on me and I need to call them back. I don't know was this is about they need to leave more information instead of threatening me.

I've beenr receiving these calls for a while now. First it was an officer, now it's "Vicki" advising me that there is a law suit against me. when I asked for an address they couldn't give me one, however, they did ask for vital information such as an address, credit card, bank information. Not. I have reported this number to the federal trade commission. My advice for anyone else that receives these calls is to do the same.

the same thing happen, did not reply.  She said they were fixing to serve papers as a person filed charges against me,  This was on an answering tape.  My phone is supposed to be unlisted and unpublished.  Did not say what the company is suppose to be.
