I just received those junk "We are the US Treasury and we have marshalls outside your door" calls.  Appears that the Asian guy adopted the name "Steve Martin" and expects me to take his threat seriously!

I just received a call like D. Farber message saying,  "We are the US Treasury and we have Marshall's outside your door" calls.  It's a foreign accent stating he has information that can become threatening. He called at 8:a.m. in the morning which is very annoying.  Not too sure if I should report it to the police. But if they call again I will.

We received the call from the Aisian guy who calls himself Steve MAartin, but he left a message saying we are guilty of a federal criminal offense & he advises us to allow him to help us or we'll be forced to go before a U.S. Magistrate....blah blah - hang up or ignore these calls!!

I just received my message from this number  although when I called back private (*67)  no one answered !  funny a business  like the supposed one he is calling for doesnt answer at 2 in the afternoon  just 2 hrs later  Haha  what  a scam  DONT FALL FOR IT FELLOW AMERICANS !!

I received a call from this phone number. I just reported to the police. This is the second one I received the other one was from a guy who I think his name was Richard gray.  This was several months ago. REPORT TO THE POLICE.  How can these people not be caught? Such low lifes

Got another call from this guy with thick accent saying I would go before a magistrate and could be prosecuted for unpaid taxes.  This is the 4th call but different phone number each time.  I'm getting very sick of this....I'm reporting to police as suggested above.

They just called this morning from 202-754-8409 and left a message. They also called from 404-635-5035 on January 5, 2016 and left the same exact message.

Hi. This message is intended to contact you. My name is Steve Martin and I'm calling regarding an enforcement actions executed by U.S. Treasury maintaining your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 202-754-8409. I repeat 202-754-8409. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you.

I got one of these calls once. I said, "Gosh! Invisible Marshalls!   Do they wear magic rings or what?"

Third one in a week.  The first time I told him that I would be turning all of his information over to the Texas Attorney Generals office, he hung up.  The second time I told him that I was obligated to inform him that the phone call was being recorded at the request of the Attorney Generals office, he hung up.  This last time I simply told him that  I had turned over the phone number to the Inspector General of the Treasury Department.  His response was not very Christian like...buwahahaha

Calls and leaves a message saying they are collecting the tax otherwise they will issue an arrest warrant. If you keep probing on the details (which I am sure they are collecting from public sources), they will start abusing you. Surprised this company and the phone numbers are not taken down.

Stayed on the line and the message repeated in full 4 times before a female voice said "Goodbye".

I call these clowns back every time and harass them until they get aggravated swear at me and then block me!

Got the same phone message as Dave and not born today. Called back and Steve Martin answered the phone, wanted to know my lawyers name when I said I didn't have a lawyer he  told me i didn't file my 2011 taxes on time and wanted to know how I was going to handle, because once he hung up I would be arrested. So I asked how much I owed he said $6350.00 and I said I think this a scam call and hung up.

Threatened that us Marshall's would be called and I would be taken to federal court

Got two of these today from a guy named Ronald something. He left a VM on my phone. He must be an idiot. I reported it to the US Treasury as a IRS phone scam. Left the message on my machine in case they want to come by and hear it. Same message as "Not Born This Morning" got.

We received two calls, same as the others - Steve Martin stating we will be called before the Magistrate and will be prosecuted.. WTH!!! Who would listen to this crap.. We're reporting it to the police and the FCC.gov for complaints. https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us

Basically the same that everyone above has stated.  Left a threatening message on our answering machine about a magistrate and second attempt etc.  Deleted message midway through.  Obvious scam.  Welcome to tax season.  Really getting sick of this crap.  No longer answer our phone unless I recognize the caller.  Can't even trust that sometimes in that the caller id can be edited.  We have had our own number call us before.
