Repeated calls after 7 PM PST, thus after 10 PM in 202 area code!   Never leaves a message.

Caller ID says "Voter Roll Call"
Message  from a machine with a 2 minute opinion survey that is "no cost to you".  I suspect a scam due to the last four words.

I suspect a scam call. Called at night...did not leave a message. Caller ID said Voter Roll Call.

Called at 6 pm on April 7, 2015 - right at the start of the local TV news. It triggered VM and I heard "we would like you to take a survey."

202 is a Washington DC area code and caller I.D. was labeled as Washington, DC.

Yup. Don't answer the phone.

"Voter Roll Call" just called  from 202-759-1122 and hung up on the answering machine.

Funnily enough.. another number from the 202 area code called the other day,.. scammers pretending to be the IRS threatening bogus legal action.

Check your telecom provider, they may have a block call list available to you. If you have Charter do this:

Dial *60
Press 1 to enable the charter call block list
Then press 2 to add a number to the list
Type in phone number without international code "1", just XXX-XXX-XXXX then press the # sign
Press 6 to exit the call

After about a dozen numbers the list is full and you can't add anymore. Scroll through the call log on your phone and write down numbers from the most recent to the past. Dial into the call block service again, press 4 to clear the list, then press 2 and add each number starting from the most recent backward. This keeps your block list up to date.

i went ahead and took the survey it was about gun control VERY intrusive question at the end asking how many guns or gun owners in my home i kept hitting 0 (operator)  since its no ones business what my arsenal is it finally  hung up on me LOL

Criminals don't obey gun control laws, they get their guns illegally.
Make it legal to hang "horse" thieves again, and the theft of "horses" will drop dramatically!

Call from 202-759-1122.  Caller id showed Voter Roll Call.  Voicemail message in goofy, upbeat female voice:  "You have been scientifically selected for a two-minute opinion survey on issues important to you and your neighbors.  To start, press 1.  This is the Voter Roll Call Opinion Research Company calling with a two-minute opinion survey on issues important to you and your neighbors.  There is no cost.  We do not need your name.  And everything you tell us is confidential.  To start, press 1."

I received a call from 202-759-1122. They said I was picked to take a survey. They made it sound like it was from my home state. OK. I started to take the survey about gun laws and my view. All was well until they asked about gun ownership and family gun ownership. Up pops a red flag. I didn't answer thase questions. I hung up. Later on that day they called back but they didn't answer. I did a phone number check and sure enough it was a Washington DC number. Every one please be heads up because the gun band laws and gun grabbers are for real.

I don't even pick up the phone most of the time because I live in NH and we get so many POLITICAL calls #FITN .
"First in the NATION"........ BUT LAST to answer the phone.

Will NEVER ANSWER unknown #'s...........QUIT CALLING !!  Hung up when answering machine picked up.  Everyone is SICK & TIRED of these calls ............

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I had a call come from this number once. And they rang 5 times till voicemail picked up. I had no reason to expect a call from strange numbers at that time. Further stigmifying the number as a bogus caller.

Calls and leaves no message. ID. on telephone says "Voter Roll Call". Not a legitimate polling company. SCAM

Called around 6--left no message.  I suspect this is a scam.

Got a call from this number. I let it go to voice mail. Annoyed as my number is UNLISTED so I should not be on any lists, but this must be a typical robocall, which ignores all of that. The message they left on my answering machine stated several times it was not "advertising" anything. I guess they do that so they don't have to be responsible when they call unlisted numbers with their robocalls, which should be illegal. In the message it had several prompts for me to press 1, 2 or 3 to do this or that. I ignored all of the prompts, then deleted the message. Will NOT call them back and will block them.

Call from this number in D.C.  Nothing there....  202 759 1122
