Called my cell phone. I did not answer. Left no message.

This # 202-800-5518 called and said she was a job recruiter and got my resume off an online job site. She barely spoke English so I never did get the name of the company. Told her I had already found a job she hung up then.

Appears to be a scammer. This female caller with broken English calls with threats. She was very hard to understand but did this in a voicemail. Another odd point is that she called from one number and gave this number as her call back. The number she called from was a mans personal number in CT (looked up online as I didn't know who was calling me).

Received a voice mail (no actual call) from this # today.  Said something about an "order of process" that I'm being investigated for.  I am very sure this is a stupid scam!   The female voice did not give a company name.

The same thing happened to me just now!! Like an idiot, I believed it and called back.  The lady claimed I owed a company money and had to pay or be summoned to court.  scam!!!

Same here, only they said it was against my father...who passed away 31 years ago! I say, bring on the law suit! I'd love to challenge these idiots in court.

Number left for me to call back with a file number, said I was being investigated for several charges

Just got the call now and they said the pending allegations with no reason to what their about and said failure to call back I will have a open investigation within my county. With my name and reference number both said by machine. If legal actions are pending why would I need to verify my information??? You have to have my information to legally take any actions out against a person.. hmmm. scam... On top of that I don't owe anyone and have no debt issues. So my advice would be to wait on the legal notice... ) That will never come because this clearly is a scam.. And this is a new number that I just got 3 months ago. So if I ever owed something. They wouldn't have this number. Be aware guys.

Says I’m being investigated. I asked the company name and the guy spoke so fast I couldn’t clearly understand. Also I blocked my number to call them and it would disconnect immediately. I believe it’s a scam.

This number called and left a vm stating the message was intended for my brother. I called back from a landline  with the claim number. The agent was difficult and tried to rush me off the phone. I told her I was trying to understand to correctly relay the message, but she said she had other calls to make and hung up. Beforehand, I was able to pull out of her that their office was (allegedly) "Credit Mutual Group" and the issue involved a "pending wage garnishment". I called back and a separate, equally rude agent, uttered something about a "summons to appear in court", but they were clearly not associated with any legal profession. Screams scam.

Thank you for the heads up. My family member received a call and forwarded the messages to me, it was a lady who said to call back and legal actions were going to be taken. I was surprised and worried, because I don't know what it was, but my family member said to look up the number first. It seems they've been on a rampage with calling. Definitely a scam, no company mentioned, they didn't even have the right number to start with (which is weird since I've had this number forever) and you're right, if they take action, shouldn't they HAVE your information to start with? Did notice that one of the companies I dealt with way back got hacked and literally was wondering if I'd get my info taken from them and used against me in some way, it might be possible. But who knows.

Same message as VRM above. They've called numerous times during the past two weeks and today alone, at least three times. I don't pick up and never call back. Definitely a scam.
