And I gather this is teletown's web site: http://www.teletownhall.com/  in which case, according to publicly available information, their contact info is:

Just received a call from this number, but didn't answer.  Voice mail left and turns out it was a robo call from Andrea Horvath, leader of the Ontario Provincial NDP.

Call came from Washington, D.C. to Kansas at 4:26 CST on 3-4-2014 Call not answered and no message left. Caller ID said Teletown Hall. Probably a political hack from the People's Republic.

Robocall from Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez to join in on a telephone "Town Hall Meeting"

Received a call from this number at Noon time and I was gone.  It was a legitimate call from one of my senators, and they did leave a message before the call was cut off since my answering machine picked it up.  He holds " telephone  town hall meetings" periodically, and I do participate in them when I am home.  I imagine the Teletownhall company sets these calls up for the congressional representatives to enable them to personally contact more of their constituents.  I feel this is  a legitimate company.  I am sorry I missed  Senator Barrasso's call this time.  They are always interesting and informative and give me a chance to talk directly with him. When you see this on your caller ID it might be interesting for you to pick it up.

we are on the do not call list and don't wish to receive calls from this or any other affiliated number.

Got a message on my answering machine from this number totally in Spanish.  I don't speak Spanish so I am not sure why they called my number.
