I received four phone calls from above number;  1 call on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012 at 5:44pm.,
3 calls on Sunday, Nov. 4 at 11:43am and 5:54pm. and 8:50pm.  Caller I.D. indicates it is a polical call. I redialed that number, and got the info that it is something called "Bertel Marketing."  I was given the option to punch in my phone number so they would not call me again,, but that it could take up to 72 hours to complete. By then the election process will be completed and it won't make any difference at that time.

Calls all the time -almost every day.

Received a call from this number right at dinnertime 5:38PM EDT. A recording from some BIT** named Mary Beth wanting me to vote for her son who is running for Senate.  HUNG UP!  

Received four telephone calls within a one hour period of time. Display identified this as a political call. I don't care what kind of call it is. Four times in one hour is excessive harassment. I will not dignify this tactic by answering. These need to be included in the do not call venue.

I answered and no one came on the line.  The jerks woke up my toddler.

Called and hung up after 1 ring, then called again 5 seconds later (probably a machine dialer). Didn't answer, no message.

We receive calls from this number and it is a imposition.  October 6, 2014, there were three calls between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM, when we hurried to the phone to answer there was no response.  Being on the "Do not call" list serves no purpose, the telemarketers use every ploy to annoy the citizens.

some  are landlines...many  are  cell phones...some  are  spoofed  and  linked  to  offshore foreign call centers  /  countries !!!!
we've  traced  back  most  of  these  numbers  to  offshore  foreign    call centers mostly  in   INDIA /  THAILAND / AFRICA  /  JAMAICA  ETC....

here's a  few  other  numbers  posted  from  the   same  area  code  offering a  wide  variety  of  scams  /  fake  emails and  scams  after  posting  something  on   craigslist   (  old  scam  )  ...... collecting  for  non  existant  "  payday  loans "....free  money / scam  giveaways /  calling  on  behalf  of  a  humane  society..... $1,000's  in  free  gov't  money.........  etc  etc.....stories  change  out  all the  time......and  the  usual  nonsense!!!

**   mysteriously  call to  claim  they  have  several  thousand  of  dollars  to  send  you / give ....just  provide  your  bank  account and  credit  card   right  away   etc etc.........scam scam

Calls repeatedly and only lets it ring once! KNOCK IT OFF !!!!

If you are going to use this list of numbers to block.
Be warned, there are dupes in the list.

It doesn't matter a single bit if you are or are not on the do not call list.  The law provides for exceptions to the do not call list law.  A major exception is for calls from a political candidate or political organization They are allowed to call you as many times as they want.  Get familiar with the FTC do not call rules before mentioning them.   And don't bother calling your legislators.  They WANT the exceotion!
