unwanted call

Got a call at 7:13 pm on Wednesday night 11/14/2012. Didn't answer as I didn't recognize it & I am on the "No Call" list. Went to check it out & it came back as a Skype number from Washington, DC area. The election's over & I don't think I'm on anyone's radar up there. They left no message & I'm not calling back to find out who it was.Annoying.

I got one too at 6:32 on 11/14

Got a call but didn't answer.  Caller ID says AARP.

It was a recording asking three questions about medicare and social security

I have no idea who is calling from this number. I would like the calls to stop.

Been calling for a couple of weeks.  I called back and they say they are AARP.  Said they only call numbers of people who have signed-up or requested services.  Well, maybe in 30 years.....

When I said do not call, he asked me for my phone number and then my name.  I stopped him there - he insisted that he needed my name in order to create a ticket.  I told him that giving my name was not required and that any further calls would be reported to the Attorney General's office.

Some kind of scam going on here.  Wish I hadn't even given my number but they had it already.

Cell phone rings once, then stops.  Been happening for the last 5 days.  Leaves no message.

Ditto. The call is from AARP and is a prerecorded three question survey about Social Security and Medicare. Has shown on caller ID as AARP Survey and Washington, DC.

Last two days I've had 3 calls. Called back and got dead air. Annoying to say the least!

They call me at exactly the same time every 2 days.  Can you say "robocall"?  I have not answered and they don't leave a message.  Caller ID just says 2028007960.

At what point should robodialing just become illegal?  I get so sick of this.
