Called twice in two days, didn't leave a message

called a couple times, no message.

Called twice today, and for both calls (on answering machine) there is just a phone number and a "Thank You."  Used reverse phone number lookup and call is from Maryland on a VoIP phone.  My next step is to alert the Do Not Call Registry (which is pissing me off since they seem to have such little clout for all these automated calls).

I got three messages from this number also.  Going to report it.

I keep getting calls on my landline from this number.  My caller id just says voter alert and person never leaves a message.  I reported this number.

Decided to call all numbers on my block list. I plan on calling each number until THEY block MY number. I started with 202-803-8928. A recording answered and gave me the "option" to stop receiving their promotional marketing calls. I pressed one but feel I may have been placed on their "call her eve more often " list. The Do Not Call Registry seems to not work, at all. I have placed my number with them twice a year since its conception.

no idea who or why this number keeps calling me but if it turns out to be true that it is a political call on behalf of a politician...I will be donating and volunteering for whomever their opponent is.

Over 17 phone calls from this number, some within a minute of one another, in the last 2 half days.

Anyone know what the Do not Call list is actually doing to prevent this.  It has become harrassing.

The Caller ID said "Voter Alert" but this is December. There is no election going on this time of the year. I didn't answer the call. Will block this number

 Two calls in the past two days.  In both cases I answered, but nobody was there so I hung up.  Since we have the Iowa Caucuses coming up soon, I'm guessing it was a poll or a message from a candidate.

The do not call list is only for business's that call you when you haven't done business with them.  Politic's & chairties are still allowed to call you anytime unless you can find out were to call or write to get off their master list.  You can ask one chairty to take you off their list but if your still on the master list they will always call back again and again.

And the scum who drive us crazy with their robo calls are out of this country so they are not able to make them comply mainly because they can change the number they are calling from to look like their from the USA some where.  We need to force the phone companies to stop the out of our country calls but they say they can't because some robo calls are still allowed for politic's and chairties so we are still screwed no matter what until the robo calls are made illeage for every one.  PS sorry for the bad spelling.

I asked my phone company how much it would cost per month to be able to block calls thru them it was $6.95 mo but it was for only 15 blocks I told them that was way to much for that few blocks.  The scammers can do that in a day when they are on a role...

Received four calls in four days.  I am on the Do not call list.  I have a CPR Call Blocker so they just get hanged up on now.

Call hang up at 448 pm PST.  Number has been around a long time but apparently rarely used.
