    An Arabic sounding man left a message saying his name was Michael Cooper (and I'm the Russian Tzara) and that he was calling from the IRS. I'm guessing that would be the Iranian Revenue Service.  Obviously a scam. Block this number.

    I received a call from a lady who said she was from IRS & It was important that I pay the money now, she had a bad accent, I told her I couldn't talk because I had to leave, she told me I had to call Alex at 1-202-809-9356, sounded bogus. Then I was left a voice mail from a guy with a strong accent, it was breaking up as he left it, had a hard time making it out & his name, He told me "To call 1 202 800 7731. it was personal, time sensitive, and if didn't call back, I can only wish you luck as the situation unfolds on you. I erased it by accident & phone company(CenturyLink) couldn't retrieve it. :-(   I am in MPLS. MN.)
