I have no idea who this is but I got a call from this number which I didn't answer thank goodness.  A man with a foreign accent (maybe Haitian or Nigerian) left an angry, vulgar, shouting message which started off by saying "don't yell at me, bitcx, and it only got worse from there.  It was 3 minutes and 33 seconds of awful name calling etc.  There were noises in background, like there is when telemarketers call, you can hear other conversations going on in the background, but none like this one!  Firmly suggest you don't answer this number.
