Got a call from this number, listed as "local caller" on caller ID.

202 is NOT a local area code in Arizona

Keep getting calls from this area code today it
was  this number . They leave no message.

Got another call from this same number...no message and wonder if this is something to do w/ politics since 202 is area code for Washington DC.

I don't answer if I don't know the number....

It is probably a spoofed (faked) number from outside the United states (think India scammers).

SPAM.  Another political call for sure.  Robodialers spoofing numbers and calling around the clock.  Funny how the government "do not call list" was enacted and those same politicians ignore it and call people for their own agenda.

Also came up on caller id as "Local Number"  -not local to Balto MD--202 is Washington DC.  Probably a political call/no message left

Been receiving several calls from 202 numbers for the past week or so, never leave a message. I agree that they are more than likely from politically affiliated groups.  Best thing I ever did was download the Blocker app to my phone. The donotcall list is a crock. That's probably where they got our numbers.

202 definitely is NOT a "Local Number" for Tennessee.

This is more intimidation from the Republican party...They know the party is in trouble...

Call the number and an automated message will answer explaining who they are and what their "mission" is.  Very shortly thereafter, you will be asked if you want to be added to their do not call list.  Enter your number and they will verify it back to you.  Then you will be told that they have 30 days (or close to it) to comply with federal regulations, but they will try to get you added to their do not call list within a few days.  I just did it, cuz what the hell, they already have my number.

They want contributions to "defund Obamacare".  I have them waiting while I "go get my card".

58 sec call....defund obamacare...send contribution...need 50 thousand today. First such call on my magic jack phone..........AT LEAST....it was not on my cell phone, where Id be charged for another unwanted and inauthorized call. AND DO DO DO defund obamacare, AND impeach obama. Glen Beck announcement.

I spoke with a female at this number. She presents a perspective different from the actual ownership of the number. The number actually belongs to an affiliate of “moveon.org”.
They are progressive Democrats attempting  to discredit the other party by trying to appear as having Republican agenda. Very clever! I don’t trust any of them.

I have repeatedly indicated that I do NOT wish to receive calls from this number and yet they continue. You cannot speak to a person. I want this to cease and desist!

Getting so many recorded messages that the Do Not Call Registry is a joke. This was from the moveon.org group. Some idiot male screaming against Obamacare. How do you stop recorded messages? There must be a better way than hanging up.
