The voice mail caller left was only music - sounded like guitar

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago, and then rich away, a second call. Voice mail was just "white noise" and then a couple of music chords.

I keep receiving a call from this number on my cell phone 202-817-2932 every time I receive this call because I have caller I.D I do not answer it in fact I delete it continuously. Hoping that this caller or prank caller will get the message. I AM NOT INTERESTED!!!

I've received 2 calls from this number. I did not recognize the number, so I let it go to voice mail. They did not leave a message. My Reverse Lookup app shows the town as Washington D.C. & it says it's a prank call. I just blocked their number.

well, it is not a telemarketer.  It appears to be a hacker, who sent me the security code that i needed to get into Facebook.  So i am more than concerned right now.

This number has called me several times and today left a message when I went to voicemail the only sound was someone breathing in background.  I have put a block on this number a few days ago so much for wasting my time blocking this number

I'm so sick and tired of all these dam scam scallers.   Government really just needs to just have to do enough to stop. All these scam callers now for once. Just do it these scam callers all must be stopped seriously

I have gotten 3 calls from these low life's just today. The first time they called they used a different last 4 numbers, 202-817-2943 and again another different last 4 numbers 202-817-2239 and now this number, 202-817-2932 being the number listed here.
The first time I answered (I was expecting an important call) a woman started talking about I being selected for an emergency response button. I guess them things that you wear around your neck or wrist...that you pay for a monthly service for. I replied and told them "No, I am not interested". She just kept on jabbering away....so I said goodbye and hung up on her.

they keep on calling never leaves a message i dont know anybody in washington dc so this must be a scam because they dont leave a message si it cant be important.

Calls every day, twice a day

I received a call from this number with a recording saying it was the IRS and they were going to sue me. The IRS does not do business this way. I have blocked this number as I have many numbers that use the same message.

Scam.  Left a message just now that there is a lawsuit against me and that I need to call number back.  Blocked now.

Just got the same message.  I knew right away it had to be a scam. I came on here to see if anyone else got the same call. Thanks.

Called cell - left voice mail indicating IRS is filing a lawsuit and to call their office.  Appears to be scam.

2-16-16: As others have mentioned, the message (on my landline) states that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and for me to call them back at this number.  Sure ;-)
